Job Description

Assistant Operations Manager Location:
Medford, Oregon | Full-Time | Monday-Friday Are you someone who naturally sees inefficiencies and feels compelled to fix them? About the Role As our new Assistant Operations Manager , you won't just help run the show, you'll help elevate it. Working together with our Operations Manager, you'll optimize service delivery, coach frontline staff, and build the tools and structure that allow our team to perform with confidence and excellence. You'll touch nearly every part of the service experience — from designing better workflows to coaching frontline team members and delivering sharp insights through reporting —you'll touch every part of the service engine that powers our collective success. We're Looking for Someone With... A process-oriented mindset who sees both the big picture and the operational details. Strength in training, reporting, and team coordination — bonus points for ConnectWise proficiency or similar tools. Comfort with technology and the ability to communicate clearly across all levels. A calm, professional presence and a natural ability to lead through service. What You'll Be Responsible For Process & Quality Optimization Design, document, and improve service workflows and SOPs for consistency and efficiency "TEK's Way." Training & Team Support Develop and deliver training that helps team members confidently meet Tekmanagement's standards of service excellence. Coach on client communication, service etiquette, and system compliance. Reporting & Metrics Create insightful reports and dashboards that help leadership understand team performance and client satisfaction. Track KPIs, identify trends, and help drive informed decisions. Culture & Team Development Be a steady, uplifting presence in the department. Support team accountability, recognition, and internal communication efforts.
