This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a long-term career in project management while working alongside experienced leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. What You'll Do Support the Project Manager in overseeing projects from start to completion Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating timelines, crews, and resources Help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at high quality standards Assist across sales, operations, and field teams to keep projects running smoothly Communicate directly with customers to provide updates and set expectations Assist in managing subcontractors, crews, and vendors Track project progress and maintain accurate records in CRM/project management systems Prepare job documentation, work orders, and reports Monitor job site readiness, materials, and equipment needs Identify risks or delays and escalate issues proactively Support quality control and ensure a strong customer experience Participate in weekly team and operations meetings Assist with project closeouts and follow-up processes Compensation & Schedule Full-Time Position Competitive base salary (based on experience and skill level) Performance-based bonus opportunities Increased activity during peak season (May-October) What We're Looking For Strong organizational and time management skills Willing to learn new skills such as helping crew with paint at job sites when needed High attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-starter who can work independently while taking direction Problem-solver with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Interest in construction, operations, or project management Experience with CRM or project management tools is a plus What Success Looks Like You'll thrive in this role if you are highly organized, responsive, and proactive. Pay:
$27.00 - $30.00 per hour
Benefits:
Flexible schedule Application Question(s): Do you have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for traveling between job sites? This role requires visiting multiple job sites daily. Are you comfortable working in the field and assisting crews with painting tasks directly if a project needs extra hands to stay on schedule? Our business scales up significantly from May to October. Are you willing and able to work the overtime hours required during this peak season to ensure project timelines are met? Are you comfortable communicating with crews in Spanish if needed?
