Sales & Project Manager

We're growing fast and hiring three Sales & Project Managers across the Eugene to Portland corridor. This is a field-based sales and operations role. You build your own pipeline, run estimates, close jobs, and manage projects through completion. The company provides leads, a vehicle, and real six-figure earning potential. You provide the hustle and the follow-through. This role is a fit if you: Like being out of the office and in front of people Are competitive and want to see what you can earn with no cap on commission Can manage multiple moving pieces without dropping balls Take ownership of your results What you'll do: Build a local referral network with realtors, property managers, and past clients Run in-home estimates and close profitable work Manage jobs from signed contract to final walkthrough Hit monthly revenue targets through company and self-generated leads

Compensation:

$4,000/month guaranteed draw against commission 7-8% commission on revenue, higher rates for higher margins At $80K/month sold: ~$90K/year Top performers: $110K-$130K+ with quarterly bonuses Company vehicle, fuel, and tools Medical, dental, vision after 90 days | PTO | Paid training

Requirements:
