Job Description

Qualifications of Sales Project Manager:
4-5+ years of Sales Experience required Commercial Roofing experience preferred Experience with Sales into Capital Budget preferred
Sales Project Manager Benefits:

More Sales Project Manager Responsibilities:
Open new territories/accounts, Identify market trends, maintains awareness of competitive activity in the roofing industry Develop and maintain client relationships with a focus on customer service as a key priority for business referrals and repeat business Provide roofing information - price, quality, point of sales material Performing plan take-offs and bidding new construction and specification driven public/school projects Proactively understand activities of competition and continually evaluate our marketing, pricing and selling strategies Meet and exceed monthly sales goals Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
