Review, compile, and distribute bid invites daily to all divisions Assist the Estimating Coordinator in receiving, distributing, and communicating changes made to bid documents Send job walk/prebid meeting calendar invites to interested JET Estimators Maintain communication with GCs to update bid status and receive new bid opportunities Research new plan centers and bid opportunities as requested by the Estimating Coordinator Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
No estimating experience needed Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Microsoft Office proficient Excellent communication skills, including writing Attention to detail. Basic Proficiency in English required. Candidates must have a basic understanding of English for safety purposes and to communicate with colleagues, vendors, and contractors on-site effectively. The ability to follow instructions and engage with the team is essential for success in this role.
