Job Description

job summary: Join a growing robotics startup company as a Hardware Project Manager in Salem, OR. This role will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive project execution across complex hardware verification and validation. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of similar experience within a highly complex electro-mechanical manufacturing environment. This is a contract role that will last at least 6 months and the opportunity to work in a very exciting industry with cutting edge technology!

Salem, Oregon job type: Contract salary: $50 - 53 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Manage end-to-end JIRA intake process, ensuring requests are triaged, prioritized, and aligned with program milestonesCoordinate between hardware, software, and system teams to define clear project scopesDrive sprint planning, retrospectives, and board maintenance to optomize the systems integration and teat team's workflowMaintain real-time dashboards to provide leadership with clear insights into team throughput and test execution progressProactively track and close engineering action items across ME, EE, and firmware to keep validation process on scheduleFacilitate technical reviews and test events, ensuring clear documentation and actionable follow-ups Qualifications 5+ years of hardware project or program management experience within a highly technical electro-mechanical manufacturing environmentExpert with JIRAAbility to collaborate with cross-functioning teamsExperience going through projects from cradle to grave #LI-AC1 qualifications: Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 5 years of experience
