Job Description

Overview We're hiring an organized, detail-driven Operations Assistant & Project Coordinator to support our Director of Operations across multiple senior living communities. This role combines executive administrative support and project coordination, helping drive operational initiatives, track KPIs, and ensure consistency across sites. Ideal for candidates with experience in multi-site operations, healthcare, hospitality, or senior living. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level admin support (calendar, meetings, travel, reports) Act as liaison between operations leadership and community teams Track KPIs (occupancy, staffing, compliance, incidents) Coordinate multi-site projects and operational initiatives Maintain project plans, timelines, and status updates Support

values across communities Assist with audits, compliance, and process improvements Qualifications Experience supporting senior leaders in operations or multi-site environments Project coordination or project management experience Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Valid driver's license; occasional travel required
