They are dedicated to delivering high-quality construction projects, with a focus on innovation and excellence, particularly in the life sciences sector. Job Description Manage and oversee life science construction projects from pre-construction through project closeout. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to align project goals and expectations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout all phases of the project. Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, addressing any challenges and proposing solutions. Lead and mentor project teams to foster a culture of collaboration and accountability. Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success. Ensure quality control standards are met at all stages of the construction process. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Project Manager should have: Proven experience managing construction projects, particularly in the life sciences sector. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Exceptional communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements in construction. A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management. Ability to work on-site in Boston.
