Compensation:

$95,000-115,000, DOE Systems West Engineers is seeking a BIM Manager who can bring leadership, clarity, and forward movement to a critical function within our Engineering Operations team. This is a role for someone who enjoys building structure, improving systems, and helping teams work more effectively together. You will lead the ongoing development of our BIM department, oversee production support and project coordination, and help strengthen the standards, tools, and workflows that support high-quality multi-discipline delivery. In this role, you will report to our Director of Engineering Operations and provide leadership across BIM management, BIM development, and project coordination. You will work closely with engineers, project managers, production staff, and project stakeholders to support model quality, improve efficiency, and help project teams deliver coordinated work with confidence.
