Job Description

Job Summary A direct hire opportunity is available for an experienced Project Coordinator in Portland, OR. This role is ideal for an administrative and project support professional with 3 to 5 years of experience coordinating project documentation, change orders, submittals, and related requests. The Project Coordinator will support project teams by keeping documentation organized, tracking important details, and helping ensure projects move forward efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with strong team communication, supportive leadership, and a stable career path for someone who enjoys being a key point of coordination. This is a great fit for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, organized, and comfortable working with internal teams, vendors, clients, and project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and maintain project documentation, including change orders, submittals, requests, and related administrative records.
  • Support project managers and team members with scheduling, tracking, follow-up, and document control.
  • Prepare, review, route, and update project forms, logs, reports, and correspondence.
  • Communicate with internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to help keep project information accurate and current.
  • Track deadlines, approvals, and outstanding items to support timely project completion.
  • Assist with general administrative support related to project coordination and office operations. Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $58,000.00 to $61,000.00 per year.
