Roofing Project/Production Manager

Field Operations & Crew Management Direct roofing, siding, and gutter crews to follow work orders and scope Coordinate material deliveries, trailers, lifts, and ladders Audit and return unused materials to protect company margins Enforce OSHA safety standards , including tie-offs and ladder safety Quality Control (QC) Perform on-roof inspections during projects to catch issues early Execute punch lists (caulking, flashing, trim) and ensure corrections are made immediately Capture detailed photo documentation in CompanyCam (before, during, after) Complete final cleanup including magnet sweep and debris removal Customer & Financial Responsibility Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners Manage customer expectations during active projects Collect progress and final payments (WIP collections) Handle change orders by identifying additional work and securing approval Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure 100% satisfaction and 5-star reviews Problem Solving & Admin Audit job packets to identify issues before project start Troubleshoot field issues not identified during the estimate Submit all receipts, return slips, and completion documents promptly Services Roofing Siding Gutters Requirements (Non-Negotiables) Valid PA driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Arnold, PA Minimum 2+ years of roofing, construction, or field project management experience Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed (overtime available) Ability to lift 50 lbs overhead Comfortable working at heights and on ladders https://careers.hirebus.com/jobs/191eaa01-0f23-407a-933e-f555ab8b939d
