Job Description:

Project Manager, Deputy As the Project Manager, Deputy, you will be working in the Program Management Office of the EPD business unit, this is an ideal opportunity for an experienced project manager to step into a challenging role of managing projects. You will be managing customer projects with the objective to deliver pumps to their respective contract delivery dates. You will work with and across all departments at Engineered Pump Division (such as Contracts, Finance, Quality, Sourcing, Engineering and Operations) as well as with other divisions at Curtiss-Wright. This position requires an individual who possesses strong leadership and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills with proven competencies leading teams to successfully manage projects. Having experience with ERP systems and other computer software (e.g., Oracle and Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project.) is a preferred.

$88,000 to $99,000 Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline only, reflecting a position based in PA. Prepares periodic reviews for customers on the status of projects. Oversees management of project schedules, open issues, and financial performance to budgeted plans and performance to the contract. Coordinates resolution of issues and expected to make recommendation to senior management. Directs activities of project planners Other duties as necessary What You Bring Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain security clearances Bachelor's Degree in or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of production, engineering, project, or project management experience or equivalent Prior experience working in the Defense Industry is preferred Knowledge or experience with Government contracting projects Understanding of Supply Chain Management operational concepts surrounding planning, scheduling, purchasing, supplier selection, inventory control, and logistics Having worked in project teams Strategic sourcing experience/skills Lean and/or Six-Sigma experience and knowledge is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and develop effective working relationships Self-starter, highly motivated, action-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and results-driven Who We Are Our Values Environmental, Social and Governance Curtiss-Wright Engineered Pump Division (EPD) and its predecessor companies have been providing naval and maritime technological expertise since 1847.
