Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects from initiation through closure, ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans and schedules, including defining scope, gathering requirements, and allocating resources. Oversee project execution by coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery of defined outcomes. Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines while tracking progress against key milestones. Apply industry-standard and company-approved project management tools and methodologies to drive project success. Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on status, risks, and key decisions. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues while proactively negotiating solutions with stakeholders. Organize and lead cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and meet stakeholder expectations. Maintain thorough project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, risk logs, and issue trackers. Ensure the quality and completeness of all project deliverables, such as design documents, test plans, training materials, and operational documentation. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, methodologies, and department procedures. Leverage functional and technical expertise to support projects across diverse business and technology areas.
