Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Industrial Project Manager (Canonsburg, PA Based) A Project Manager is required to join a leading industrial metals and mill service company. This is a high-impact role managing large-scale industrial projects, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards. Package Base:
$115,000-$130,000 Bonus:

~15%, primarily to U.S. and occasional global project sites Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Industrial Project Manager / Metals Project Lead Role Develop and maintain strong customer relationships built on trust, integrity, and performance. Coordinate project handovers from internal sales to execution teams and manage projects using SAP and Excel-based forecasting tools. Work with logistics, procurement, finance, safety, and quality departments to manage schedules, budgets, risk, and compliance. Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and ensure projects follow company process maps for execution. Manage all project phases, including engineering, manufacturing, delivery, and construction. Perform risk management, monitor costs, and report on financial and project execution progress. Resolve stakeholder issues and provide technical guidance as needed. Project Manager / Senior Project Manager / Industrial Project Manager / Metals Project Lead Requirements BS degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Metallurgical, or Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager in metals or industrial environments. Able to read and interpret contracts, project requirements, and engineering drawings. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project, AutoCAD; SAP experience a plus. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage with internal teams and customers at multiple levels. U.S.-based with willingness to travel as required for projects.
