Jefferson Hills, PA Job Overview LaMarca Construction is seeking a driven and personable Project Manager to lead nationwide hotel renovation projects from inception through closeout. In this full-time, onsite role, you'll manage everything from budgeting and scheduling to subcontractor negotiation and client coordination. We're looking for a leader who can handle multiple projects, communicate effectively with superintendents and subcontractors, and maintain strong attention to detail-especially when tracking change orders and managing budgets. Learn more at www.lamarca.com Key Responsibilities Oversee multiple hotel renovation projects nationwide from planning to completion Prepare and manage subcontractor scopes of work and negotiate subcontracts Draft and track change orders accurately and in a timely manner Maintain control over project budgets and schedules Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, site superintendents, and subcontractors Travel to project sites on a short-term basis as needed to support project execution Ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations Use construction management software and tools to manage documentation and reporting Qualifications 5+ years of experience in construction project management High school diploma or GED required Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with field and office teams Experience with managing subcontractors and change orders Familiarity with construction management software and strong general computer skills Excellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines Professional, personable demeanor with a can-do attitude Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites across the U.S. Benefits Base salary of $75,000•90,000 plus commission Annual performance bonus potential: $15,000•40,000 Medical insurance Retirement savings program Weekly pay cycle Paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick leave) Company tech package (smartphone or tablet) Profit sharing Mileage reimbursement for travel Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Some short-term travel to project sites required Location Onsite role based at LaMarca Construction HQ Project-related travel required nationwide (short-term durations) Equal Employment Opportunity Statement We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
