Project Coordinator Design & Preconstruction

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our sales and design teams while guiding clients through the early phases of their remodeling projects. This role is responsible for coordinating the client journey from signed agreement through design, selections, and preconstruction . The Project Coordinator ensures decisions stay on schedule, documentation remains organized, and every project enters construction with complete and accurate information. This position plays a critical role in protecting project timelines, reducing change orders, and creating a smooth transition from design to production.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $60,000

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the client journey from contract signing through completion of design and preconstruction Schedule and manage all design meetings and selection appointments Track and document client selections and design decisions Maintain organized project documentation, including plans, scope notes, and selections Coordinate communication between sales, design, estimating, and project management Prepare complete preconstruction documentation for project kickoff Support Project Managers with scope clarification once projects move into construction

Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications Experience working in remodeling, construction, or design-build environments Strong organizational and project coordination skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with CRM or construction management software Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys managing complex processes involving multiple stakeholders.
