Job Description Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from start to finish. Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines and budgets are met. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. Maintain project documentation and prepare progress reports for stakeholders. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards. Support the procurement process, including sourcing materials and managing vendor relationships. Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address any on-site issues. The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Project Manager should have: 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management, related field preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills What's on Offer Competitive salary range of $88-110K annually.
