Assistant Project Manager

We are currently accepting applications for a full-time Assistant Project Manager(APM). As an APM, you'll work closely with an experienced Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

Identify project priorities, long-lead items, and potential challenges. Manage project buyout and schedule, ensuring timely delivery and performance. Track and manage Subcontracts, Purchase Orders, Submittals, Change Orders, RFI's… Attend project meetings and maintain clear communication with suppliers and subcontractors to meet project goals.

Problem Solving:

Assist in resolving challenges like labor shortages, inclement weather, equipment issues, project delays and other project related challenges.
