Project Coordinator

Position Overview Tuff Wrap Installations is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of installation projects. This role serves as a key link between clients, field crews, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Coordinate all phases of installation projects from initial scheduling to final completion Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships Collaborate with the Operations team to coordinate crews, equipment and materials to meet project timelines to ensure seamless project execution Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience in temporary containment, construction, or industrial services 2+ years of experience in project coordination, construction, or a related field Familiarity with scheduling and logistics coordination Knowledge of job site safety standards (OSHA awareness is a plus) Key Competencies Time management and prioritization Team collaboration Adaptability and flexibility Attention to detail Accountability and ownership

Pay:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
