Mentor and support junior and support staff, contributing to their professional development and fostering a culture of learning and collaboration. Actively participate in internal and external project meetings, including occasional evening meetings, to ensure consistent communication and alignment among stakeholders. Demonstrate strong communication skills and self-direction by proactively managing tasks, anticipating project needs, and driving projects forward with minimal supervision. Ability to mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative, cross-discipline team culture. Comfort participating in evening meetings as needed to support client and project needs. Work Environment This role is based in an office environment with flexibility for remote work as appropriate. You will work within a mid-sized, full-service architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firm that offers design, engineering, and construction management under one roof. The culture emphasizes teamwork, cross-discipline collaboration, and close interaction with estimators, construction teams, and multiple engineering disciplines. The firm maintains a long-established, stable presence in the Mid-Atlantic market and offers exposure to diverse project types, including K-12 education, municipal, and corporate facilities.
