SUMMARY OF POSITION
Responsible for leading high-impact enterprise IT projects frequently involving multiple technology and organizational domains. Leads mission-spanning (clinical, academic, and research) projects involving both complex IT systems implementations and process redesign, utilizing established project management methodology(s), processes, and toolsets. Contribute to the team's development and evolution of the enterprise IT project management methodology(s), processes, and toolsets, involving various approaches for managing project activities, including lean, iterative, incremental, and phased approaches. Educate and mentor less experienced IT employees in the use of project management methodology.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
(S): Bachelor's degree plus 6 years related experience, or ten (10) year's total related experience managing complex enterprise projects involving significant technology and organizational change required Experience using structured project management methodology required
