Our client, a well-established and Top 5 growing organisation within the construction and site development sector, is seeking an experienced Site Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of projects across the Pittsburgh region. An opportunity for a motivated construction professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of projects from inception through completion. Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of project delivery from planning and mobilisation through to completion and handover. Manage daily site operations, ensuring projects progress safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams. Monitor project budgets, forecasts, procurement activities, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with all OSHA, health and safety, environmental, and quality requirements. Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and senior management. Produce regular progress reports and ensure project objectives are achieved. Qualifications & Experience Proven experience as a Site Project Manager, Construction Project Manager, or similar leadership role. Experienced overseeing professionals on site development projects up to $20M. Strong background in construction, site development, civil engineering, infrastructure, utilities, or industrial projects. Demonstrated ability to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget. Excellent leadership, planning, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and contract administration. Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office applications. Relevant industry certifications and qualifications are highly desirable.
