We specialize in roofing, siding, and gutters and pride ourselves on strong communication, professional systems, and delivering a five-star customer experience. We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee residential exterior projects from pre-install inspection through final completion. We are willing to train the right candidate. Personality, work ethic, and customer service matter more to us than years of experience. Position Summary The Project Manager is responsible for managing roofing, siding, and gutter projects once the contract is approved. You will coordinate crews, manage schedules, communicate with homeowners, oversee quality control, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and on budget. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and professionalism. You will be in the field regularly — this is not a desk-only position. Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Installation Conduct pre-install inspections Verify scope of work and materials Coordinate material delivery and dumpsters Communicate project timeline and expectations with homeowner During Installation Manage subcontractor crews Enforce safety and job site cleanliness Perform quality control inspections Communicate any issues or change orders immediately Keep homeowner informed throughout the process Post-Installation Conduct final walkthrough with homeowner Ensure punch list items are completed Collect final payment when applicable Submit job documentation and photos Maintain organized job files Who We're Looking For Strong communicator Organized and detail-oriented Calm under pressure Customer-first mindset Takes ownership and follows through Professional appearance and demeanor Tech comfortable (CRM and mobile apps) Valid driver's license required Construction experience is helpful but not required. We will train the right motivated candidate.
