Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to oversee residential pool and patio construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage timelines, coordinate crews and subcontractors, communicate with clients, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple construction projects from start to finish Coordinate schedules for crews, subcontractors, and materials Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with valued clients, providing regular updates and promptly addressing questions or concerns Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality control Resolve issues quickly and efficiently to avoid delays Maintain detailed project documentation and reports Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience (construction industry) Strong knowledge of pool, patio, or outdoor construction is a plus Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Valid driver's license
