About the
Role:
As a Program Management Consultant, PMO Support Project Controls, Governance & Enablement you will be responsible for providing consulting services to an assigned markets and client account to support portfolio project governance and controls. This is a fulltime onsite role at the client's offices in Malvern, PA. This job is part of the Project Management function. They are responsible for the management of projects from initiation through completion.What You'll Do:
Manage all areas of portfolio project governance and controls management for commercial real estate projects. Utilize software and systems including but not limited to Docusign (Design & Financial), Oracle IDs, CREFM file setup, CORA setup, Non‑US Nexus Lead, and other initiatives. Provide all Domestic Governance Support Act as single point of contact for the client and key stakeholders and own PMO Design Lead for all projects. assist with PM Training Program Development and provide Standards & Design Documentation Oversight. act as Risk & Lessons Learned Workshop Lead. Complete and provide Monthly Capital Reporting Support Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification. Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated. Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances. Demonstrate ability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks. Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with company RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement. Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams. Work within broad guidelines and policies.
