Project Manager - Laser Shop / Manufacturing Nitro Cutting Build Something That Matters At Nitro Cutting, we don't just process parts we are the forefront of precision metal laser cutting. We're looking for a Project Manager who brings passion for results, ownership of their work, and the perseverance to see projects through from start to finish. What You'll Do Take full ownership of customer projects from award to completion Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear, consistent communication Work side-by-side with Estimating, Programming, Purchasing, and Operations to deliver results Drive projects to meet quality, delivery, and profitability targets Monitor job costs, track performance, and proactively manage outcomes Manage subcontractors to ensure Quality, Lead Time and Profitability levels are met, including verification of subcontractor invoices. Participate in daily production (Nitro) meetings and weekly capacity planning Ensure all work meets internal quality standards and customer specifications Contribute to continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives What You Bring 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or project management Strong ability to read blueprints and understand production workflows A mindset built on accountability, follow-through, and attention to detail Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude Skills That Set You Apart Familiarity with

CAD, ERP

systems, or nesting/programming Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills Ability to support estimating function in job analysis for pricing as needed Tools You'll Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Exposure to CAD, ERP, or programming systems is a plus
