Job Description

JFR Construction Company produces the highest quality turnkey packages in the area. From residential to commercial projects, along with our highly skilled framers and subcontractors, we can take any project from blueprints to completion in a fast and efficient manner. We are currently seeking to engage an individual of character and integrity in the role of
CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
to complement and assist our existing professional team. The ideal candidate would be able to seek out and accept direction, demonstrate confidence, possess superior communication skills (verbal and written) and be highly functional in independent as well as collaborative environments. Project Management responsibilities and functions would include the following: Issue contract to subcontractors Attend weekly production meetings to provide input on project status, materials needs, deliveries, etc. Daily communication with Field Foreman Weekly field material projections with Forman / shop supervisors Attend weekly subcontractor meetings Submit RFI's, Submittals, Change orders, and schedule updates to general contractor Coordinate manpower needs onsite Represent JFR Construction Company in a professional and competent manner to all stakeholders Be accountable for success of a project Standard work hours are Monday through Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm Additional hours may be required based on project demands Three (3) days a week will be worked in the main office in New Oxford, PA Two (2) days a week will be visiting job sites Job site locations include Maryland, DC and Virginia area.

From $70,000.00 per year
