Job Description

Your impact Manage on site engineering team of 20 dealing with construction administration (AE Services during construction) The team are responsible but not limited to the following deliverables:
Field Observations:
  • Ensuring timely preparation of FORs
  • Maintaining and reporting out on FOR metrics
  • Categorizing FORs (severity level)
  • Set up weekly walks with Client DV
  • (Design Verification) including: Maintaining the DV workflow Maintaining and reporting out on DV metrics
Administration:
Up to date Escalation Matrix
  • Workflow for field request Site Logistics / Resources Site PPE stock
  • Ordering / Requesting Site Team Training needs Site Team Safety Safety Metrics and Reporting
  • Support of Home Office SDC needs:
  • Field work (tape measures / photos etc.)
  • Preparation of Assignment Letters
  • GBS (In country vs Expat)
  • Site Team Health Champion
  • General Contractor and Owner Site Representative
  • Ensuring team provides accurate availability (dates/times) in JCAST
  • Ensuring prompt action by the field SDC team in response to DV requests Location
