Overview My client is looking for a Project / Program Manager with strong experience in financial services, operations, and risk to support large-scale transformation initiatives within a high-performance trading environment. This role blends program delivery, operational improvement, and cross-functional coordination across business and technology teams. You will work on complex, system-driven initiatives that support trading, treasury, and risk functions while helping scale infrastructure to meet growing global demands. You'll partner closely with stakeholders across operations, technology, risk, and finance to drive execution, improve workflows, and enhance overall efficiency. Your work will directly impact how the business operates, driving measurable improvements across processes, systems, and data usage. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects across operations, risk, and related business areas Drive process improvement and operational transformation initiatives Partner with business and technology teams to support system implementations and integrations Manage project plans, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication across multiple initiatives Identify and implement opportunities for automation and efficiency gains Support global coordination across teams in different regions Leverage data and tools to inform decision-making and improve workflows Incorporate emerging tools (including AI/automation) to increase team productivity Communicate complex initiatives clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in project/program management, operations, or transformation roles Background within financial services or capital markets Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives Exposure to process improvement, system implementations, or operational change programs Preferred Experience within trading operations, treasury, or risk environments Background in consulting (e.g., Big 4 or similar firms) or high-performance financial environments
