This role partners closely with senior leadership to drive high-impact projects from concept through completion. Relocation to Farmington, PA Key Responsibilities Manage the full lifecycle of multiple projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution Oversee renovations, expansions, and infrastructure improvements across multiple sites Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and vendors Provide regular updates to executive leadership on progress, risks, and timelines Lead vendor bidding, contract review, and on-site project oversight Maintain detailed documentation, reporting, and compliance standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Project Management 8+ years of project management experience in construction, hospitality, or large-scale commercial environments Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously Strong budgeting, cost control, and timeline management skills Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet, etc.) Strong communication and presentation skills Preferred Experience with multi-site or multi-unit projects Background in capital planning or long-term development PMP, CAPM, or similar certifications Experience in complex or fast-paced environments Compensation & Benefits Annual bonus Full Relocation assistance Comprehensive health benefits 401(k) with company match PTO and holidays
