The Opportunity We are currently seeking a Director, Business Process Transformation who will be responsible for designing, implementing and overseeing the establishment of Excelitas best practices across Finance, Manufacturing and Operations processes. This role will lead a cross-functional team in identifying improvement opportunities, implementing best practices, and ensuring process consistency and efficiency with the goal of improving scrap / yield metrics, driving improved OTD / OTP and implementing automated ERP processes to simplify operations. The Business Process Transformation Leader will lead the team in developing a formal set of Excelitas best practices, fixing and enhancing operational and financial processes and ensuring master data supports further improvements in plant operations.

Key responsibilities:

Work with core teams (local, SME and IT) to identify ineffective processes Ensure solutions are designed, implemented with tangible benefits realized Build and Lead cross-functional teams in process improvement projects and change management. Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Formalize an organizational strategy with the goal of ERP consolidation onto a global template Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field. Master's degree preferred. At least 10 years of experience in process improvement, project management, or operations leadership. Good working knowledge in SAP, at least 1 core module (FI, CO, MM, etc.) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency with process mapping tools and data analysis software. Ability to influence and drive change in a collaborative environment.
