Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage project assignments of varying complexity and size. Set project schedules and budgets. Track projects to ensure timely completion of deliverables. Schedule fieldwork and assign tasks. Provide technical services and oversight as required by the project. Review technical reports and permit applications. Review engineered plan sets. Interact with clients, regulatory agencies, and sub-consultants to achieve project objectives. Coordinate and participate in contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors. Draft professional service agreements. Review RFPs and write proposals. Mentor technical staff to assist in training and development. Identify new business opportunities for the firm.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in field(s) of practice. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of project management experience, excellent communication skills, and relevant certification(s). Experience with Clean Water Act Section 404 and multi-agency permitting. Experience with threatened and endangered species compliance. Experience managing a large volume of projects. Excellent communication and organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with NEPA assessments and documentation. Management coursework, PMP, and/or MBA is a plus. Oil & Gas and/or municipality work experience is preferred.Job Type:
