Succeed:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred) Minimum of five years of relevant project management experience; seven years preferred Proven expertise in managing technical projects within aerospace or defense sectors Strong skills in developing and maintaining integrated master schedules, risk management, and variance analysis Experience with ERP systems and the ability to manage resource allocation effectively PMP certification is highly desirable Nice to
Have Skills:
Experience with supplier integration and managing supply chain deliverables Advanced knowledge of project management tools and methodologies Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred Extensive experience in aerospace or defense industries PMP certification adds value
