Job Description

Project Manager Commercial Construction | Pittsburgh, PA A highly respected and growing Commercial Construction company in the Pittsburgh market is actively looking to add a Project Manager to their team due to continued growth and a strong backlog of complex work. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys technically challenging projects, strong client interaction, and working in a collaborative environment where your voice and long-term growth truly matter. The company specializes in highly detailed commercial construction projects including: Laboratories Cleanrooms University facilities Healthcare and hospital environments Complex renovation and specialty commercial work Many of their clients are repeat clients and include national and international organizations, universities, hospitals, engineers, and owners. The team operates at a very high level and places a strong emphasis on professionalism, communication, and relationship-building. Responsibilities Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation Work directly with owners, engineers, architects, and clients throughout the project lifecycle Assist with preconstruction planning, project logistics, and operational coordination Maintain strong communication with field teams and clients to keep projects moving efficiently Utilize Procore and other construction technologies for project management and coordination Help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and at a high quality standard What They're Looking For Commercial Construction Project Management experience Experience working on technically complex commercial projects Strong communication and client-facing skills Ability to manage relationships with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams Strong understanding of construction sequencing and how work impacts trades and occupied facilities Experience with healthcare, university, laboratory, cleanroom, or similar technical projects is highly preferred Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Excel, or similar construction software platforms Compensation & Benefits Salary up to $150K for the right individual Excellent full benefits package Strong healthcare coverage with a large employer contribution Long-term growth opportunity into Operations leadership over the next 5-10 years Collaborative culture with leadership focused on the future growth of the company Business casual work environment with strong team culture This is a great opportunity for someone looking to be part of a stable and well-connected commercial contractor that has built an excellent reputation over decades in the Pittsburgh market.
