Our ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience , a strong work ethic, a desire to learn, the willingness to work cohesively within a team, and the ability to work on multiple projects. Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Serve as Project Manager for highway structures projects (bridges, culverts, retaining walls, etc.) Manage and serve as mentor to Structures Design Department staff Prepare workload and budget projections Perform Business Development activities including attending marketing meetings with various agencies and attending professional society events Review Requests for Proposals and perform assessment of project pursuit strategies Prepare Statements of Interest, Technical Proposals, and Price Proposals Manage project schedules and budgets Conduct Quality Control and Quality Assurance Reviews. Job Requirements 15+ years of experience Pennsylvania PE License required Previous experience with PennDOT and/or PA Turnpike projects Experience working on municipal, county, and city projects is a bonus Served as a Project Manager or Highway Task Leader Willing to attend marketing events Strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects and ability to meet multiple deadlines Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Valid Driver's License.
