As a Contents Project Manager , you will lead and manage all aspects of contents restoration, ensuring every project is handled with precision, care, and professionalism. Responsibilities Oversee the full contents restoration process: inventory, pack-out, cleaning, storage, and return Lead and manage contents teams, ensuring quality, efficiency, and accountability Maintain accurate inventories, chain-of-custody records, and documentation Collaborate with Project Managers, customers, and insurance adjusters Prepare and review estimates and ensure complete, accurate project documentation Drive process improvements, workflows, and technology adoption Deliver a high level of customer service during stressful situations Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call manager schedule Qualifications 5+ years of experience in contents restoration or property restoration Strong attention to detail in inventory, documentation, and estimating Experience managing pack-outs, chain-of-custody, and contents systems Proven leadership experience managing teams Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable using technology and restoration software platforms Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What Makes You a Great Fit Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong sense of ownership and accountability Calm under pressure and able to lead during emergencies Passionate about helping people recover after loss Continuous improvement mindset Benefits 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Life & disability insurance Paid time off Referral program Why BFW Restorations?
