Job Purpose The Finance Transformation Manager's primary responsibilities are to lead cross functional process improvement and Transformation Projects leveraging AI & Automation Tools in the Corporate Finance departments and other Tasks such as Value Stream Mapping, Finance SharePoint Administration, etc. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Transformation Project Leadership
Financial Process Automation
Power BI, Power Automate, & Power Query Projects
AI Agent & Chatbot Projects
Predictive Modeling Projects
Project Documentation and Change Management
Finance SharePoint Site Administration
Ad Hoc Projects & Tasks
Other Tasks as Assigned
Qualifications
Bachelors' degree in Engineering, Technology field, and/or Finance or equivalent
Project Leadership experience required
Digital Process Automation experience required
Strong IT skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; enterprise resource planning systems (i.e., SAP), etc.
Experience with Lean methodology preferred
IT or Finance project management experience preferred
Power BI, Power Automate, & Power Query experience preferred
AI workflow usage experience preferred
AI Agent creation experience preferred
App building experience preferred (personal or professional)
AI-generated coding experience preferred (i.e. Claude Code, Codex)
7+ Years of relevant experience
