Traveling Project Manager - Multi-family

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Traveling Project Manager to lead the construction of a large scale, ground up multifamily master plan community in Reading, PA. This role is ideal for a hands on construction professional who thrives in fast paced environments, enjoys traveling to job sites, and takes pride in delivering high quality residential communities. The job is about a two year project and the next project will be in a different city and state. You will be primarily on site every day.

You will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and successful execution of multifamily projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all phases of ground up multifamily construction projectsDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controlsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal teamsOversee contract administration, change management, and project documentationEnsure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality requirementsCommunicate effectively with ownership, design teams, and field leadershipProvide on-site leadership through regular travel to active job sitesDrive project milestones to achieve on-time, on budget deliveryQualifications5+ years of Project Management experience in multifamily constructionProven experience managing ground up multifamily projectsWillingness and ability to travel extensively for project assignmentsProficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar)Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredBenefitsBase ($125,000-$135,000) + Bonus$700 Auto, $100 Cell, GasHousing and Living expenses covered401k MatchFull Medical, Dental and VisionGenerous PTO
