They manage client relations, project budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams while ensuring regulatory compliance and mentoring junior staff. Key duties include producing detailed drawings, overseeing site administration, and managing project risk. Must have excellent stakeholder management skills, awareness of team organizations and dynamics.
