Senior Project Manager / Owner Representative (Construction & Design) ???? ???? Kennett Square, PA & Coatesville, PA ???? 1099 Contractor or Salaried Employee ???? Competitive Compensation Based on Experience KGO is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Owner Representative to support multiple commercial and infrastructure renovation projects for a major energy client across Pennsylvania facilities in Kennett Square and Coatesville. This role will oversee projects from planning through closeout, serving as the Owner's representative for engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and renovation activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing commercial construction and infrastructure projects while coordinating with owners, contractors, engineers, consultants, and facility operations teams in active, occupied environments. ????

• KSQ Perimeter Fencing & Security Installation
• Coatesville Switchgear Replacement
• Coatesville Fire Alarm Panel Replacement
• KSQ Restroom Renovation Phases

II & III

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

? Managing all phases of project delivery ? Coordinating architects, engineers, contractors & vendors ? Construction administration & owner representation ? Budget, schedule, forecasting & cost tracking management ? Managing RFIs, change orders & project documentation ? Supporting commissioning, inspections & closeout activities ? Leading stakeholder communication & project meetings ? Providing on-site support during active construction activities ????

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Active PMP Certification (required or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• 5-7+ years of commercial construction project management experience
• 5+ years serving as an Owner Representative
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies
• Experience managing renovation, infrastructure, and occupied-space projects
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk products, and MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ?

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be willing to work on-site when required
• Must support off-hours/weekend construction activities as needed
• Some travel between project sites is required
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities required ?

• Competitive hourly compensation based on qualifications and experience
• 1099 independent contractors and salaried employees will both be considered
