Project Manager

New Pig is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Project Management Team. In this role, you will be a key component in managing a diverse portfolio of projects within the organization. This role is in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and will offer exciting new challenges and opportunities. Responsibilities Draft, manage, and maintain complex project plans in collaboration with key stakeholders including executive management and functional area leads Develop comprehensive project schedules to offer leadership insight into resource allocation and constraints Facilitate key project stakeholder meetings regarding project updates, tracking, and constraints Serve as the central point of contact for project coordination and questions Communicate with executives and external stakeholders on project status and significant project changes Facilitate retrospectives to improve processes and future projects Monitor project progress and execute necessary adjustments to meet deadlines Perform project risk management analysis and maintain an active risk register for projects Requirements Degree in Project Management or closely related field 2-5 years Project Management experience Must display excellent decision-making abilities and willingness to lead Proficient in communicating complex information effectively Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to elicit collaboration from a wide variety of sources, including upper management and other departments Strong technical systems ability or ability to learn and utilize multiple technical systems effectively Must be able to multi-task and balance multiple ongoing projects Candidate must be able to work onsite from our Tipton, PA location
