Position Overview The Automation Project Manager plays a key role in supporting and driving automation projects from kickoff through delivery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams, staying close to the technical side, and ensuring projects move forward efficiently. You'll have visibility into the full lifecycle of automation systems—from initial handoff through installation—while working closely with engineering, production, and customers. What You'll Do Manage automation projects from order through delivery and installation Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and schedules Coordinate internal resources across engineering, production, and service Serve as a point of contact for customers during project execution Support smooth project handoff from sales to operations Coordinate vendors and subcontractors as needed Ensure projects stay on track and aligned with customer expectations Identify and help implement process improvements What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or manufacturing/automation Engineering or technical background preferred (Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, etc.) Experience working in a hands-on, team-oriented environment Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow projects through to completion A proactive, ownership mindset What to Expect Minimal travel (primarily based in Warrendale) Hands-on, collaborative work environment Exposure to full automation builds from start to finish High visibility across multiple teams Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and company holidays Life and disability insurance Opportunities for growth within a global organization Sepro America is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
