Category Intern Position Type Intern Full-Time Overview The Judge Group is seeking motivated, detail-oriented students for a paid Business Analyst Summer Internship, lasting approximately 8-10 weeks. This internship provides exposure to the business analysis function within a professional services environment. Business Analyst Interns will support ongoing initiatives through data analysis, documentation, reporting, and process evaluation. Interns will work closely with experienced business analysts, consultants, and stakeholders on real projects while receiving mentorship, structured feedback, and clearly defined learning objectives. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities As a Business Analyst Intern, you may: Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements for internal or client-facing initiatives Support data collection, validation, and analysis using tools such as Excel, dashboards, or reporting platforms Help create documentation including process flows, business requirements, user stories, and status reports Participate in meetings with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and project goals Analyze current processes and contribute ideas for efficiency improvements Support project tracking, metrics reporting, and presentation preparation Learn and apply best practices related to business analysis, professional services, and client delivery Qualifications Successful Traits Strong written and verbal communication skills Analytical and problem-solving mindset Willingness to learn and ask thoughtful questions Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and organizational skills Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a strong work ethic Positive attitude and collaborative mindset Our CultureCollaboration:
