Field Project Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Field Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating on-site activities, managing teams, client management, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management expertise, excellent client management relationships, and proficiency with industry-standard project management tools. Duties Lead and won all project phases, files, assessment, crew mobilization, quality inspection, and others Conduct thorough on-site damage assessments and develop detailed mitigation plans Produce accurate loss estimates, scope documentation, and mapping at every project stage Manage equipment deployment, utilization, and retrieval across all active sites Build and manage weekly work schedules for field technicians across multiple active projects; adjust dynamically as emergency situations arise Hold technicians to documented checklists and performance standards; address deviations immediately and document them Serve as the primary client contact for every active project, proactively communicating project status, timeline changes, and next steps Develop and enforce standardized project checklists for each service type Monitor project labor budgets frequently; flag any job trending over budget before it closes Be available for on-call emergency response on a rotating basis, this is a 24/7 restoration environment Assess emergency situations rapidly and mobilize the appropriate resources within the required response window Maintain composure, professionalism, and decision-making quality under high-pressure, time-sensitive conditions Maintain a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable availability to deploy to any area site Skills 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in disaster mitigation, construction, or field services Demonstrated experience managing field crews of 5+ people across concurrent active projects Strong construction background: solid understanding of building systems, timelines, and scope documentation Track record of client-facing communication in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with a clean driving record Commitment to a 24/7 emergency response cycle, including on-call rotations

Preferred Qualifications IICRC Certifications:

WRT Prior experience implementing accountability systems, checklists, or KPI frameworks in a field environment Your expertise will drive innovation while ensuring safety excellence and operational efficiency at every step.

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
