Description Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Coordinator to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the central hub for project execution, ensuring seamless communication, efficient workflow, and timely completion of initiatives. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will drive project success while supporting various administrative functions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful projects, utilizing your strong organizational skills. Duties Coordinate project schedules, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely execution
Serve as the primary point of contact between team members, clients, and vendors
Purchasing
Set up truck deliveries
Manage documentation including reports, proposals, and project plans with accuracy and clarity
Oversee calendar management for project timelines and meetings using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records
Handle multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries professionally, and direct calls appropriately
Assist with bookkeeping tasks and perform basic office bookkeeping duties
Provide excellent customer service by supporting client communications and addressing inquiries promptly
Proofread documents for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism before distribution
Support administrative functions such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and preparing presentations Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
Strong computer literacy including data entry, filing, proofreading, and general clerical tasks
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable
Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines is beneficial
Experience with calendar management tools and time management strategies to keep projects on track
