Keep reading. The Project Manager will contribute to the success of the company by managing machine build projects through all departments of the York facility from concept to completion. This role is focused on our Greydon product line. Are you intrigued by this work?
Pre-Order Stage:
Assist the sales department with specifications, concepting, estimating and technical presentations. Support IDT and Greydon sales process with technical expertise. Control and execute the sample printing process at Greydon Liaise with sales and internal teams to ensure deadlines for samples and quotations are met.
Post Order Stage:
Ensure that the engineering design, both electrical and mechanical meets the specification and follows approved concept on assigned projects. Attend design review meetings, tabling any concerns and acting on these concerns through close communication with the department managers. Follow procedures to determine the actual progress of each project, based on, schedule, conformance to specification, risk analysis, budget and forecast. Responsible for facilitating the project teams on assigned projects to a successful completion, on time and within budget. Responsible to facilitate all customer contact through the project life cycle. Work with service and accounting to achieve project closure. If this sounds like you, we want to connect! 2 year post high school technical training, BS or BA degree preferred 3 - 5 years relevant experience PMI certification preferred. Manufacturing and scheduling experience. Planning and organizational skills. Ability to interface effectively and professionally with customers and other departments.
