Job Description

C.A. Jones is now seeking a full-time Recruiter / Project Coordinator for our Newport News location! Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Recruiting and processing skilled tradesmen for marine industrial job opportunities (shipyard). Coordinating the start of new employees at marine construction facilities Screening candidates, scheduling interviews, processing background checks (as needed) Use and maintenance of our employee / applicant tracking system (ATS) Use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and additional software Assisting current employees with job related needs as they arise Providing exceptional customer service to our clients • A minimum of (2) years of recruiting / coordinating experience is preferred. • An understanding of naval and / or commercial ship construction is preferred.
