Contract Job Title AI Implementation Project Manager (Contract) Intro Harnham Harnham is partnering with a consulting‑led enterprise consulting firm to support large‑scale AI delivery. This is a contract role focused on execution, governance, and senior stakeholder engagement. Intro client You will join a well‑established consulting environment supporting a major financial services organisation. The firm operates in a highly regulated setting where AI delivery must meet strict compliance and data controls.

Remote, EST-based with potential NYC meetings Contract length: Initial 12 months with potential extension

Utilisation:

Full‑time Pay range: $35-$40 per hour Intro to role This role supports enterprise AI initiatives from early concept through implementation. You will work closely with business leaders, engineers, and governance groups to shape use cases, document requirements, and ensure delivery aligns with internal AI policies. The environment prioritises control, auditability, and risk management. Key Responsibilities Gather and translate business requirements into BRDs and functional specs. Partner with technical teams to shape feasible AI use cases. Manage delivery plans, dependencies, and risks across AI initiatives. Prepare and present materials for senior leadership and approval committees. Ensure AI work complies with internal data, model, and security standards.

Requirements:

Must have Proven experience as a Project Manager on AI or advanced analytics initiatives. Strong background producing BRDs and FSDs with technical teams. Experience working in regulated or compliance‑heavy environments. Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and governance forums. Strong delivery focus with clear ownership of outcomes. Nice to have Financial services or banking domain exposure. Experience working with internal or private LLM platforms.
