IT PMO Project Manager - AI & Data Strategy Focus
We're looking for an experienced IT PMO Project Manager to help lead enterprise IT initiatives with a strong focus on AI and Data Strategy implementation. This role is ideal for someone who can bring together business and technical stakeholders, organize complex workstreams, and help drive AI-enabled features, processes, and operational improvements across the organization.
This person will play a key role in managing large, cross-functional IT programs while ensuring projects stay aligned to scope, timelines, budgets, governance standards, and organizational priorities. Strong communication, Agile thinking, stakeholder coordination, and project governance experience are critical for success in this role.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead and govern enterprise IT projects and AI/data strategy initiatives
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
Manage project plans, budgets, schedules, risks, dependencies, and reporting
Facilitate Agile project delivery, communication, and governance reviews
Support AI-related process improvements and technology initiatives
Ensure projects meet quality, compliance, and delivery expectations
What We're Looking For
6+ years of IT Project or Program Management experience
Strong experience managing complex enterprise technology initiatives
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and PMO governance
Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical concepts clearly
Experience in healthcare, biotech, medical device, or regulated environments preferred
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
Additional Details
Eastern Time working hours (8am-5pm)
Occasional nights/weekends for deployments as needed
Up to 15% travel annually
