Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support critical scheduling and coordination functions related to Main Panel Upgrade projects. Our team values strong communication, customer service, and precise adherence to established procedures in order to achieve operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Schedule and coordinate Main Panel Upgrade disconnect/reconnect work, ensuring compliance with all documentation and systems. Communicate consistently with customers and stakeholders to maintain accurate records and clear processes. Monitor regulatory timelines and prioritize backlog items to support timely project execution. Maintain strict adherence to standard operating procedures throughout all scheduling and coordination tasks.

Required:

Demonstrated experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions. Ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and accurately maintain records. Proficiency with basic computer and office software applications. Strong communication and customer service skills, with proven follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
